Free tech Resume Review is created by Shrehit who is a Software Engineer at Meta (previously at Google), and is currently working on the smart glasses in FRL. He realized the current job market is getting harder for new grads with companies conducting widespread layoffs and replacing entry level positions with AI. Some students are further disadvantaged by fewer connections and resources. He reached out to various engineers in top companies to volunteer to help even the playing field.
